<p>We do not accept requests for autographs from Wataru Kato, Chisaki Kato, Hyuma Kato, or other individuals.</p>

<h3>Local Payment Services</h3>

<h3>Cash on Delivery</h3>
<p>Cash on delivery through Sagawa Express is available.</p>
<p>The cash-on-delivery fee is charged according to the total order amount as follows:</p>

<li>Orders up to JPY 9,999: JPY 330, including tax</li>
<li>Orders from JPY 10,000 to JPY 29,999: JPY 440, including tax</li>
<li>Orders from JPY 30,000 to JPY 99,999: JPY 660, including tax</li>

<p>Please pay the amount to the delivery driver upon receipt of the product.</p>
<p>Cash on delivery is available only for domestic deliveries made through Sagawa Express. It may not be available for certain products.</p>
<h3>PayPay</h3>
<p>After being redirected to the PayPay payment screen, check the payment amount and complete the payment.</p>
<h3>Payment-Related Notes</h3>
<p>Available payment methods may be changed or restricted without prior notice depending on the product, sales period, destination, or other circumstances.</p>
<p>Payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been confirmed.</p>
<p>The debit date for credit card payments, the number of installments, and other contractual terms vary depending on the card company. Please contact your card company for details.</p>
<h2>Shipping</h2>
<p>Our shipping services are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during extended holiday periods, including Golden Week, the Obon holiday period, and the year-end and New Year holidays.</p>
<p>Orders placed during these periods will be shipped sequentially from the next business day onward.</p>
<p>The time required before dispatch may vary depending on the product, destination, time of year, and time of day when the order is placed.</p>
<h2>Shipping Fees</h2>
<h3>Shipments within Japan</h3>
<p>The shipping fee is JPY 1,100 nationwide, including tax.</p>
<p>Shipping is free for orders totaling JPY 15,000 or more, including tax.</p>
<p>Free shipping applies only to deliveries within Japan.</p>
<p>For pre-order products, a separate shipping fee may be charged for each product. Additional shipping fees may also apply depending on the size, weight, or other characteristics of the product.</p>
<p>If an additional shipping fee applies, it will be displayed on the product page or during the checkout process. Please check the details carefully.</p>
<p>Products ordered through the online store cannot be picked up at our physical store.</p>
<h2>International Shipping</h2>
<p>Customers are generally responsible for all international shipping fees, customs duties, and other import-related charges.</p>

<li>Depending on the country or region, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, other taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged.</li>
<li>Please contact the customs authority or relevant agency in the destination country or region regarding customs procedures and applicable charges.</li>
<li>International deliveries may take longer than usual due to transportation conditions, customs procedures, and other circumstances.</li>
<li>Delivery status and tracking information will be provided by email after shipment.</li>
<li>Delays, loss, or damage during delivery may require confirmation by the delivery carrier or relevant authorities.</li>
<li>If a product is defective or different from the product ordered, we will handle the matter in accordance with our return and exchange policy.</li>

<h2>Consumption Tax</h2>
<p>Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed on product pages and elsewhere include consumption tax.</p>
<h2>Order Cancellations</h2>
<p>Customer-requested cancellations after an order has been confirmed are generally not accepted.</p>

<p>Products returned without prior contact may not be accepted for return or exchange.</p>
<h3>Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products</h3>
<p>We will check the condition of the product and the order details. If we determine that the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly, we will respond as follows:</p>

<li>If the product is in stock: Exchange</li>
<li>If the product is out of stock: Refund</li>
<li>Return shipping fee: Paid by us</li>
</ul>
<p>The replacement product will be shipped after the returned product has arrived at our store and its condition has been inspected.</p>
<p>Because the return and reshipping process takes time, delivery of the replacement product may normally take approximately 10 days.</p>
<p>When returning a product, please also return any documents included with the shipment, such as the delivery note.</p>
<h3>Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience</h3>
<p>We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:</p>

<li>The customer placed an incorrect order</li>

<h3>Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange</h3>
<p>We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that fall under any of the following categories:</p>

<li>Products that have been used, even once</li>
<li>Products damaged, scratched, stained, or otherwise altered due to the customer’s responsibility</li>
<li>Products that have been washed, dry-cleaned, repaired, altered, or processed</li>
<li>Products for which tags, accessories, delivery notes, or other included items have been lost</li>
<li>Products with odors such as those from pets, tobacco, perfume, or cosmetics</li>
<li>Products without their original packaging, bags, cases, or other packaging materials</li>
<li>Products returned more than 14 days after delivery</li>
<li>Products returned without prior notice</li>
<li>Products purchased somewhere other than our online store</li>
<li>Products whose condition at the time of return differs substantially from their condition at the time of delivery</li>
</ul>
<h3>Miniature Car Products</h3>
<p>Minor conditions arising during the manufacturing or shipping process, such as uneven paint, folds, or scuffs on miniature car packaging, may not be considered product defects.</p>
<p>Returns and exchanges based on these conditions will be determined on a case-by-case basis after we inspect the condition of the product.</p>
<h2>Right of Withdrawal for Consumers Residing in the EEA</h2>
<p>Consumers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) may have a right to withdraw from a contract in accordance with applicable laws.</p>
<p>Regardless of the above conditions regarding returns and exchanges due to customer convenience in Japan, we will handle requests from EEA residents in accordance with applicable laws.</p>
<h3>Withdrawal Period</h3>
<p>In principle, consumers may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which they receive the product.</p>
<p>If multiple products are purchased in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the consumer receives the last product.</p>
<p>For products consisting of multiple lots or pieces, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the consumer receives the last lot or piece.</p>
<h3>Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal</h3>
<p>Under applicable laws, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the following products:</p>

<li>Products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications</li>
<li>Products with names, special processing, or other customized features</li>
<li>Products that deteriorate rapidly due to their expiration date, use-by date, or other time-sensitive characteristics</li>
<li>Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened</li>
<li>Sealed audio or video recordings or software once unsealed</li>
<li>Other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable laws</li>
</ul>
<p>If a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, this will be indicated on the relevant product page or during the checkout process.</p>
<h3>Withdrawal of Only Part of an Order</h3>
<p>If an order contains multiple products, we generally do not accept a request to withdraw from only part of the order.</p>
<p>If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request for the entire order.</p>
<p>However, this does not limit any rights granted to EEA residents under applicable laws.</p>
<h3>How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal</h3>
<p>An EEA resident wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must clearly notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period.</p>

<p>The withdrawal deadline will be deemed to have been met if the notice is sent by form, email, or another permitted method within the withdrawal period.</p>
<h3>Refunds Following Withdrawal</h3>
<p>If the withdrawal is accepted, we will refund the product price and the shipping fee corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.</p>
<p>If the customer selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method, the additional charge will not be refunded.</p>
<p>Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original order.</p>
<p>No refund fee will be charged.</p>
<p>However, we may withhold the refund until the earlier of the following:</p>

<li>We receive the returned product; or</li>
<li>The customer provides evidence that the product has been returned.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Return of Products Following Withdrawal</h3>
<p>If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product using the method designated by us within 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw.</p>
<p>The customer is generally responsible for the cost of returning products following withdrawal.</p>
<p>However, if the product is defective or a product different from the one ordered was delivered, we will bear the return shipping cost.</p>
<p>If the value of a product decreases because it was used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, the customer may be responsible for the amount of that decrease.</p>
<h2>Refusal of Delivery and Prolonged Absence</h2>
<p>If a product is not received during the storage period specified by the delivery carrier and is returned to us, we may treat the order as canceled.</p>
<p>In such cases, the return shipping fee, redelivery fee, payment processing fee, and other actual costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.</p>
<p>We do not offer redelivery after a product has been returned.</p>
<p>If you wish to purchase the product again, please confirm that it is still in stock and place a new order.</p>
