Charges Other Than the Product Price
Shipments within Japan
- Shipping fee: JPY 1,100 nationwide
- Free shipping for orders totaling JPY 15,000 or more, including tax
- A separate cash-on-delivery fee may apply when this payment method is selected.
Shipments outside Japan
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region, the weight of the products, and other factors. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process.
Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, other taxes, customs clearance fees, and similar charges may apply. These charges are generally the customer’s responsibility.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Diners
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment services available in the destination country or region
- Cash on delivery through Sagawa Express
For cash on delivery, payment must be made to the delivery driver upon receipt of the product. Cash on delivery may not be available for certain products or for shipments outside Japan.
Available payment methods may be changed or restricted depending on the product, sales period, destination, or other circumstances. Payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been confirmed.

- Cash on delivery: Upon receipt of the product
The debit date and installment payment terms for credit cards vary depending on the customer’s card company and contract.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, order date, and other circumstances.
- Shipments within Japan: Normally dispatched within approximately 1–4 business days after the order is confirmed
- Shipments outside Japan: Normally dispatched within approximately 3–7 business days after the order is confirmed
Shipping services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, during extended holiday periods, or during the year-end and New Year holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be dispatched sequentially from the next business day onward.
The time required for delivery after dispatch varies depending on the destination and the delivery carrier.
Quantity and Other Sales Conditions
Details of products subject to limited quantities, limited sales periods, or other special sales conditions are displayed on the relevant product page or NEWS page.
Products sold through this online store are also sold at our physical stores. If a product becomes out of stock due to simultaneous orders or other circumstances, we may cancel the order.
Shopping bags are not included with orders.

Order Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
Order Cancellations
Customer-requested cancellations after an order has been confirmed are generally not accepted.
However, this does not apply where we separately approve the cancellation or where the product does not conform to the contract.
Returns Due to Customer Convenience
Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are generally not accepted where the product has no defect.
We may refuse refunds for products returned without prior notice or returned due to refusal of delivery or prolonged absence.
Returns and Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective or a product different from the one ordered has been delivered, please contact us within 14 days after delivery.
If we confirm that the product is defective or that an incorrect product was delivered, we will accept the return or exchange at our expense. If the product is in stock, we will exchange it. If it is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Depending on the condition of the product, we may refuse a return or exchange if the product has been used, washed, soiled, damaged, or otherwise altered.
Return Shipping Fees
- Defective or incorrectly delivered products: Paid by us
- Returns due to customer convenience approved by us: Paid by the customer
Refunds
Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original order after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If bank transfer fees, payment processing fees, or other costs are incurred in connection with the refund, these costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers Residing in the EEA
Consumers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) may have a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable laws. This right takes precedence over the return conditions set out on this page.
Withdrawal Period
In principle, consumers may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which they receive the product.
If multiple products are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the consumer receives the last product. For products consisting of multiple lots or pieces, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the consumer receives the last lot or piece.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable laws, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the following products:
- Products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or individually customized products, including products with names or other personalized features
- Products that deteriorate rapidly due to their expiration date or other time-sensitive characteristics
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except subscription contracts
- Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened
- Sealed audio or video recordings or software once unsealed
Consumers residing in the EEA who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must clearly notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period.

The withdrawal deadline will be deemed to have been met if the notice is sent by the consumer within the withdrawal period by form, email, or another permitted method.
Effects of Withdrawal
If the withdrawal is accepted, we will refund the product price and the shipping cost corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Any additional charges resulting from the customer’s selection of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method will not be refunded.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in accordance with applicable laws, either from the earlier of:
- the date on which we receive the returned product; or
- the date on which the customer provides evidence that the product has been returned; or
- where the product has not yet been dispatched, 14 days after the date on which we are notified of the customer’s decision to withdraw.
The refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original order. No refund fee will be charged.
However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until the customer provides evidence that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.
Return Procedure and Return Shipping Fees
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product using the method designated by us within 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
The direct cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer. However, if the product is defective or a product different from the one ordered was delivered, we will bear the return shipping cost.
The customer may be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.

Refusal of Delivery and Prolonged Absence
If a product is not received during the storage period specified by the delivery carrier and is returned to us, we may treat the order as canceled.
In such cases, the refund may be reduced by the return shipping fee, redelivery fee, payment processing fee, and other actual costs incurred.
We do not offer redelivery after the product has been returned. If you wish to purchase the product again, please place a new order after confirming that the product is still in stock.
